Hi Herd! I'm sitting here with shiny, smell-good hair and a scalp so placid i barely know it's there...thank you!! I received my package (creams, soaps and hair products) last week and truly couldn't be happier.

I'm already familiar with the good stuff that udder cream and your various soaps have done for me and my bloody #$%^&* psoriasis, but your shampoo and lush conditioner have sealed the deal for me. Expect me to be pestering you for life!!! As I think I told you previously, I've been using those heinous tar shampoos in the months since I was first diagnosed with psoriasis and, although they did nothing for my condition, was too paranoid to stop using them. They are now languishing and gathering shower scum in a wet corner of my bathroom.

..(and encore from our secret semi-famous customer)... The package just arrived, and what a package it is. I didn't think I had it in me to get so emotionally attached to inanimate, creamy objects, but it felt like Christmas. The sample face cream is gorgeous and I'm trying desperately not to lick my own face. As for the other stuff, wondrous as usual. I'd been putting up with Sorbolene, which has done my skin zero good, as you can imagine. Dry, horrible Melbourne winter, you've got nothin' I can't cope with now!!

My name is Narelle and I work at Mrs Flannerys at Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. We have your product in our store and everyone who buys it comes back for more. I wanted to share one customer’s story with you because it is quite amazing. One Saturday morning a middle aged lady with her head covered by a knitted cap came up to the counter to ask if we stocked Moo Goo. Her oncologist had asked her to try it. It seems that she had recently been subjected to a new form of chemotherapy which resulted in extreme pain in her feet. The pain was so bad that she was taking morphine to try and get by on a day to day basis. Unfortunately the morphine was not giving her much relief. The other side effect of the chemo was that the skin on her feet was starting to peel off which was not helping with the pain management. In desperation she went to see her oncologist who had not seen any patients with such a severe reaction to this particular type of drug so in the hopes of helping her, rang the representative from the drug company who suggested that Moo Goo might help her as he had seen other patients get some relief after trying it. As bad luck would have it, we had sold the last tub not long before she came in but not wanting to add to her woes, I gave her some of our tester in a container to take home and try. As we had already ordered more stock, and you guys are so prompt with your deliveries, I knew that by the time she came back we would have fresh product for her. Well she didn’t come in on Monday as she had said she would and I put it down to how significantly bad her symptoms were that even the mighty Moo Goo could not help. Come Tuesday morning in she walks and asks if she can buy some Moo Goo. I had to ask how effective it had been, (not really expecting that in such a short period of time you could expect too much) and she told me that she put it on the first night and while there was some relief in the dryness of the skin on her feet, there was no real change that she could notice, but she persisted and kept applying it during the day and before she went to bed on the second night. She woke the next morning to find that not only had the skin on her feet improved but the excruciating pain had lessened to a tolerable level. I was stunned! What a wonderful product. I wanted to tell you about this because while helping people who have psoriasis and eczema is one thing, this is quite another matter altogether. If ever you feel that it might not be worth the trouble, just remember this lady and how one pot of Moo Goo helped her carry on in what surely must be a very challenging situation. Thank you,

I purchased some of you products a few months ago for my son to try on his skin. He is 22 and has suffered for a number of years from red, irritated, itching, flaking skin on his face and in his scalp. Diagnoses have varied from rosacea to seborrhoeac dermatitis, and nothing he has tried has made any significant difference. He was constantly self conscious of the apprearance of his skin and the flaking and irritation.

I saw your products at your stockist here and picked up the brochure. After reading your other feedback from very satisfied customers, I thought MooGoo was definitely worth a try. I ordered on line, and sent him back to Brisbane with strict instructions to use the products faithfully. I haven't been fortunate enough to see for myself, but all reports have been sufficiently remarkable to advise you of yet another success story with your products. His skin is now clear, and his flaking eyebrows and scalp have disappeared. I am really happy that I have been able to find something for him that is inexpensive (he is a student), pleasant to use, natural and most of all - effective. Firstly may I say thanks for a brilliant product and for the speedy delivery as I ordered it one day and received it the next. The price is very reasonable and half the price of other products I have used.

I have suffered psoriasis on my body and scalp for over 20 years and tried everything on the market. Not only have I got psoriasis but also itchyosis vulgaris which is Latin for snake skin lucky me. So my skins sheds every three days instead of 21 days.

I ordered your shampoo conditioner and udder cream and am pleasantly surprised as my scalp feels great and not itchy a first for me .I will soon be able to wear black and have no flakes on my clothes.

I must tell you that the first time I used the shampoo I found my scalp even dryer but just rubbed is some oil and left on overnight and then washed it out the next day and have been fine since think it was just getting rid of the bad flakes. I have only used the shampoo and conditioner three times but my scalp is so calm and not itchy I am very impressed as I read all the emails and had to try it myself as it does what is says.

I love your body wash you gave me as a sample and am going to buy a big bottle. I never used soap as I have very dry skin and found this product perfect and felt normal after using not dry and tight but still like to put a body moisturiser on and have been using sorbelene but don’t’ want to after reading your pages.

I was wondering if you might be going to make a body moisturiser as well as I am sure you would sell gallons of it as I still need a moisturiser as I always use one all over my body after showering every day and have been using your anti ageing cream on my hands but need something bigger like a 500 ml container for use on my body. I read about coal tar and sorbelene etc on your home pages and noticed that you didn’t put what is safe to use as I am not sure what I can use as a body moisturiser now. Any suggestions ? (Ed. Full Cream:) ). I also noticed South Australia misses out yet again as there are no stockists here of your fabulous products but as it only takes a day to get delivered it is not so bad.

I also wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying your products.
My husband has very sensitive skin & scalp (it could be Psoriasis by reading the article on your site). The only product he could use for his hair has been "Head & Shoulders" (to my surprise) but I would like him to use more "natural" products rather than the conventional chemical cocktail. We have therefore purchased a handful of so-called "natural" products (no SLS, Petroleum by-products, Parabens, etc), all of which seemed to be quite promising but it never passed a week without him having a very itchy scalp (and he goes back to H&S until I find the next candidate!!)

It's been a month since using your shampoo and he has no problems at all. He even says that less hair seems to fall out when he washes.
All other products are great, too. I loved the smell when applying Udder Cream to our toddler son.

Do you have plans to expand the product lines in the future? Many "natural" companies offer hair products, but often shampoo and conditioner only and rarely have hair styling products such as gel and mousse.
Also I would love to see your cosmetic lines....

I have received my moogoo. I was given some try in november last year by my brother-in-law. I previously had a small problem with dry, itchy scalp. i used moogoo exclusively for 6 months and all irritation disappeared. my hair also stopped breaking and i now have much thicker, stronger hair. it was only when my moogoo ran out and i started using shelf product again that i realised just how much of a difference a little milk can make. thankyou. Just to let you know that I've been using Moogoo for a few weeks now (the Full Cream Udder Cream and the beautiful Cleansing Oil). I'm 49 years old - my skin wasn't too bad to begin with, although quite sensitive and dry. Even after I used these two little miracles just the one time, my skin felt absolutely beautiful the next morning, so you can imagine how it feels and looks after a few weeks. The redness that I get from time to time has subsided and my skin is incredibly soft. I particularly love the Cleansing Oil. There is no residue after applying a hot cloth for a few minutes, then rinsing, and my face feels fabulously clean afterwards and not tight, which is what you usually get with a cleanser. Thank you for such wonderful products. The Udder Cream is extremely soothing - rich, but not at all greasy - the skin just drinks it up and it has a gorgeous smell.

Please don't disappear into the sunset - I have tried many products over the years, even the most expensive salon-type brands that cost a fortune - and I can say without any doubt that these are the best products I have ever used.

Ive been using moogoo products for a few months now (the udder cream and oil cleanser) and have found a huge difference in the appearance of my skin. I have some old acne scaring and mild rosacea and have found that your products have smoothed and lessened the redness of my skin dramatically. :)) Ive just purchased your shampoo/conditioner and body wash so i look forward to trying those out. Id love to see a specific moogoo cream formulated to help prevent skin breakouts and acne (theres a challenege for you!). Finally a product that actually works!!!!! ive even got the fiance` looking after his skin with my moogoo udder cream!

Once again MooGoo has worked wonders for me!! The dermatis on my face has cleared up and is hardly noticeable. I can’t describe how much better this makes me feel as a person because at times the dermatitis was very embarrassing.
Moogoo has now worked on my 1 year old son, myself and a lady’s son at work here who I recommended it to. You guys should really try to get Moogoo into a major chemist as it would sell its socks off!

Just wanted to write and thank you so much for sending me the products. They arrived on Tuesday in NZ (Mon was a public holiday here and I only ordered last week), so record time!

The extra soap gift was wonderful, my wife and I are both enjoying it. The MSM MooGoo has been great for my Eczema, all the redness has died down and the 'itch' seems to have subsided. After spending years using Hydrocortisone (even though I know I shouldn't) and playing the eternal game of 'thinning my skin with the steroid but enjoying to soothing qualities of the creme', I'm so glad to have finally found something that works!

It's early days yet, but I've seen more results in the past 3 days than I have in my previous 5 year battle with Eczema.

My husband had dermatitis all over his back, with a red rash and was always itchy

We had tried many different remedies, including prescription from the doctor and other brands but nothing really worked

Now, a week after starting using the cream, his back is no longer itchy and the redness has almost gone.

I have dry, itchy legs and arms and while mine has not gone completely yet it is so much better and does not itch any more

Thanks for your wonderful products, I was introduced to them at a health food shop while I was looking for something to help my mum who was in a bad way with her skin she had tried so many different products and diet and nothing seemed to be helping. She has been raving about your products since she started using them. I also suffer with very dry skin and I just love your facial oil cleansing product as well as the anti-ageing cream, my skin was really looking parched and dehydrated and I just couldn’t seem to put enough moisture into it and if I applied too much of other products I would just break out in blemishes. With the anti-ageing cream I can put on quite a lot and I have never broken out and my skin looks and feels so much younger and no longer dry and parched looking.

I wish I found your products years ago, my whole family is now using the shampoo and I no longer have the flaky scalp that I have suffered my entire life which is a miracle for me. I tend to get dermatitis on my hand and I use the soothing cream and find it is just that soothing and it takes the itch out of my skin so I don’t scratch myself raw. Thanks again for your great products and just a suggestion is it possible to get smaller versions of the products that we could give them out to friends to introduce them to the products as well? What about a moisturizer in a pump bottle for people like me who have to use moisturizer continually throughout the day.

I have suffered psorisais of the scalp all my adult life Which I inherited from my mother who got it from her mother & now my eldest daughter of 12 has been suffering from it since she hit puberty. She is the reason I found MooGoo. Out of frustration on her behalf I sat at the computer for hours reading stuff. Your site was in the search results & your name sounded interesting so I had a look & bought the shampoo & conditioner.

We are now on our second bottles & the whole family uses it ( I have even washed the heinz variety pooch because he suffers from a dermatitis) & since using MooGoo when I have my haircut & colour the colour no longer burns my scalp which is a really nice change.

I just wanted to say "thankyou" to your team for keeping my bub's bum soft as, well, a baby's bottom. I use your "full cream" milk at every nappy change and his bum has never been better. Pip's now 10 months old and we've been using the MooGoo for 2 months - first just the "skin milk" in his nappy bag but now it's at every change.

As we use modern cloth nappies, petrochemicals affect the materials and reduce absorbancy, but MooGoo doesn't have this effect!
We love it! Pip also has a very limited vocabularly, but MooGoo is one of the words he uses!

I have had the wonderful experience of being allergic to every brand on the market under a million dollars that sells skin cream, soap, sunscreen, shampoo and conditioner yada yada yada, and have been getting by with rashes, peeling skin, seriously bad dandruff, and swelling of the area. I LOVE THE NEW LIP BALM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is soooooo good. I love that you don't know you are wearing it. It's not greasy or waxing and is so super smooth to put on. and the taste is nice and subtle, not overpowing at all. Very understated. as it should be when you wear it everyday.

I've been meaning to write to you for some time to tell you my success story and say thanks for making such wonderful products! I'm 24 years old and have suffered from atopic eczema all my life, as well as severe allergies. Over the last 5 years it had gotten "severe" according to all the dermatologists and allergists I have seen (there have been numerous!) I saw allergists, nutritionists, homeopaths, dermatologists and none could help me. Finally, I ended up seeing an allergist at the RPA Allergy Unit, he classed my eczema as one of the worst cases he had ever seen, and of course he's seen plenty.

We tried everything. Special diets (which provided very little relief), natural creams (which made my eczema worse – something I never through possible) and cortizone creams (which of course, aren't a long term solution). I would try everything that was suggested to me. The eczema worsened to the point where I ceased working due to the pain and restricted mobility it caused. I have been off work for the past 2 years and I would spend my days simply caring for my skin. I studied Ballroom Dancing for 16 years, I would wear outfits for examinations and competitions that would conceal the rash but once it got worse I stopped. I rarely left my apartment as the looks people gave me were heartbreaking. People would move away from me on the bus as they thought I was contagious or worse. Not only was I physically ill, my mental health was impacted as well. It was a very difficult time for me.

Finally, a friend suggested that I try out your Shampoo and Conditioner as I was losing my long hair at a rapid rate due to the scalp eczema (funnily enough the only part of my body I was happy with). Within a week of using your hair products, my scalp eczema started to improve and in a very short amount of time, my scalp was back to normal. I was absolutely thrilled! With one of my orders of the Shampoo & Conditioner, you sent me a sample of the MSM Udder Cream. I did a patch test and there was no reaction, which was fantastic as I rarely find a cream that doesn't give me a rash, so I ordered it along with the milk wash. My eczema improved so quickly, words cannot describe how thrilled I was!

I feel like I have lost several years of my life due to my skin condition, but patience paid off. I am back to my old self! I'm dancing again (now teaching without fear that young children will taunt me or won't touch me for fear of catching something), studying a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in English) at University via correspondence and this is the first Summer in a very long time where I wear shorts and shirts instead of jeans and jumpers to conceal my skin. Well, as you know I've purchased a couple of times now, so it's safe to assume I really love your product, but I thought I would send a note to say just how much!

My usual routine, pre moogoo, was to moisturise after every shower, and old habits die hard, but I'm sure that I could now easily get away with not moisturising for days because of the milk wash!

One last thing - the double cream is amazing! I've been able to say goodbye to dry patches and an oily t-section. My (sensitive) skin is the healthiest and happiest it's been in years!

I would just like to say how impressed we are with your products. My mum has psoriasis on her legs and her legs were extremely red. She has tried several creams and several prescription creams but nothing has worked but the Moogoo cream did. After a week using the cream the redness has gone and also the itchiness. As you know there is no cure for this condition but the psoriasis has certainly settled to what it was. What a fantstastic product. My husband and I use the moisturising cream and that is also wonderful making our skin smooth and soft. I must admit i do not usually use moisturiser creams as I do not believe in them as there are so many products on the market I thought they were just a waste of money but you have changed my mind I would not use anything else but the moogoo.

I wanted to tell you I am extremely pleased with the products I have so far purchased from you. The MooGoo has not cured my psoriasis, but at least it has reduced the itchiness and on some days, it is definitely reduced.

The oily cleanser is terrific, my skin feels really good and I almost look 50 (considering I’m 58 that’s not bad), but seriously I am very pleased. I also recently ordered the shampoo and conditioner. I have to say that initially I thought “well there had to be one product which didn’t work for me”. The shampoo was initially disappointing, BUT after three washes I am pleasantly surprised, maybe I’m just using the right amount of shampoo (finally) or your product needed to remove all traces of my previous product before it could work. I have to say that I’ve been using the previous shampoo and conditioner for 10 years or more, so it was a giant leap of faith for me to even try another.

Thank you for your quick response to my order, received it today. My friend has extreme sun damage on both her hands and it is worse during winter. I placed my first order about 4 weeks ago and in the received parcel you included a small container of the new anti-ageing cream. Now I usually avoid anti-aging anything as I like being 54 and believe that the clock cannot be turned back. However I really like the cream - I have a small rash on one cheek that I have had for many years - and it is slowly healing. My skin feels like it just soaks it up, so I have bought another container - but dammed if I will call it anti-ageing cream - its just a _really_ good moisturiser and it suits my skin. so thank you.

Hi Moogooers... I just wanted to email, I've been meaning to for ages, I originally was referred to your product by a friend, he hadn't tried it, but had heard about it.... My daughter had very bad cradle cap, I had tried everything, and although Doctors & nurses assured me it was only a cosmetic problem, my daughter was scratching. She was 4 months old, and I'd had enough, it was christmas, and I didn't want her first christmas photo's to be ruined by a mess on her head, enter MOOGOO! Within 24 hours of applying the infant scalp cream her scalp was free of cradle cap. It was a miracle!!! Since then I have massage my 2 daughters daily after their baths with Full Cream and found the dry skin areas to have vanished!!!! I have reffered many people to this product- often giving small samples from my pots! Thank you for the speedy delivery and milk wash sample:) I have only been using the oil method cleanser for 2 days, and despite my minor worries about it being too oily, its FANTASTIC!!! You would not believe just how many products, miracle acne creams and washes i have used over the last 5 years and nothing truly worked....but your cleanser truly is BEAUTIFUL! I look forward to the increasing results:) Not only is it simple to use but leaves your skin looking and feeling beautiful!

I just wanted to write and thank you for the sample of Face Cream that was included in my order. I originally ordered the Milk Wash, Oil Cleanser and Udder Cream.

I had been using Proactiv for approx 18months and in that time gained an allergy to Wheat so was finding the regime a bit harsh on my face. The Oil Cleanser is sooo much nicer. Even though I do use it in the shower, it feels like I've had a facial each time I've used it. I have 4 children, a 10year old and 3 who are under 2.5years old and I use my short time in the shower as MY time so the MooGoo products have made me feel very pampered and rejuvenated.

I tried the Udder Cream on my face but found it was a little strong, so I gave it to my husband to use as shaving cream and the first time he used it, his face was nowhere near as red as it is usually afterwards. He didn't have any stinging pain either so after being a sceptic, Moogoo has converted him. I used the Cleanser on his face too and that impressed him as well. I love the sample face cream and will be back to order a tub when I've finished it. Is it the anti-aging one or another one please?

As for the Milk Wash, I finally have found something that doesn't me sneeze or itch!

Just a note to thank you for your snappy turnaround on my order of shampoo and conditioner and to congratulate you on a lovely product. i have used the moogoo two days running and let me tell you, the (usually irritable) scalp is relaxed and comfortable and the hair is shiny and soft. i am thrilled. i will be telling other irritated-scalp folks of my aquaintance.

I just wanted to say thank you so much. I've had eczema since my teens and it can be pretty uncontrollable sometimes. I, like most other people have tried so many treatments, conventional and natural; mostly with little to no success.I happened to catch the story on Udder cream on Brisbane Extra last week, as I scratched and itched with a bad case of eczema. I placed my order for the Udder MSM cream straight away; and my order turned up by the end of the week.

Now only a couple of days later, I have stopped itching and scratching. Most of my ezcema has disappeared, with only slight red marks on my skin that are pretty much fading before my eyes.

The shampoo and conditioner are working like a treat, my psoriasis seems to be more under control than it has ever been! No itiching, no redness and no having to use sorbelene cream everyday to keep it under some control! And on top of that my hair is feeling so soft and looking good. I also wanted to let you know that the new face cream you sent me is great, my skin is looking much better! I am loving it to the point I want to know when I can get some more. So you can you let me know how I can get some more of it before it runs out, cos I don't want to go back to my previous moisturiser.

Can I let you know how good my hair feels? I have been using your shampoo and conditioner for almost a month now and for the first time in a long time, my hair actually feels BEAUTIFUL. I have “or had” should I say extremely coarse dry curly hair with a very dry flaky irritated scalp. On a good day I looked like the wild woman from Borneo and that was with using sulphate free natural shampoos (I have not touched a supermarket brand of shampoo for years). My hair now forms wonderful Shirley Temple like ringlets that are extremely soft and shiny. But best of all, no longer am I stratching at my scalp like a mangy dog. I can wear black clothing again, because there are NO flakes. The girls I work with have noticed the difference in my hair. Even the ends are great and I haven’t had a trim for 3 months! Following the success of using the shampoo and conditioner, I also purchased the milkwash and udder cream. After using the milkwash in the shower, before applying the udder cream my skin already feels soft and plump and hydrated. I use the udder cream everywhere. Even my male boss asked me what I was using on my face, because I no longer had dry scaly patches on my skin!! The rough patches on my elbows have all but gone (without exfoliation) and the crocodile like leathery skin on my shins is lovely and smooth! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! The smell of your products is great. The aroma is soft just like your skin. There is no nasty harsh fragrance and it does not compete with the perfumes that I like to wear. I just wanted to thankyou so much for your shampoo's and conditioners! I use to go to salons and use expensive products and when i decided to change to organic natural products they itched my scalp so badly. Then I came across this website and searched for stockists, bought the product and WOW!! One wash and it was so soothing I'm not joking. Its shockingly amazing!! I'll never ever go back to using anything else and although I'm only 21 when I have my kids one day they are using nothing but Moogoo!

Besides that i want to try a moisturiser. I have been suffering from breakouts this winter and have gone through so many moisturisers in under a month but i wanted to know for a person like me who has oily nose and cheeks (basically oily t-zone) but dry around the eyes and mouth (I find my mouth area skin is stiff feeling and dry, peeling lately because of my use of acne creams) what moisturiser would you recommend me? I generally use moisturisers only on the dry parts of my face and after that i put a sunscreen over it.

Please let me know what you think would be best.

Thanks so much for always sending your products so quickly. Thanks also for the goat soap and the sample of face moisturiser. Both are really great products. Can you make the moisturiser with an SPF in it so it can be worn during the day? I would certainly buy it then.

My 5 month old baby has suffered from eczema and cradle cap from about 1 month. Nothing worked. All of the usual remedies just exacerbated his cradle cap but after using the infant cream on his scalp within 3 days there was vast improvement. His scalp is almost back to normal now. Thank you for creating such a great product. I recommend to everyone and give out lots of little samples of the scalp cream. He still has patches of eczema but your udder cream is really helping and I feel it is safe putting this cream all over his little body (much better than steroids!!)

Hi Moogoo,I just wanted to drop a note to say how wonderful your products are - have suffered from eczema around the scalp, forehead and ears for around a year. The situtation recently flared up after using the toxic new [edited so we don't get sued] range for blonde hair. I’ve become quite attached to using several of your MooGoo products – with my long, straight, fine hair, I was never able to find a conditioner that didn’t’ weigh my hair down and make it look oily by the end of the day. However, your conditioner works a treat on my hair. I use it every day, and have had compliments on how healthy and shiny may hair looks. It took a bit longer to appreciate the shampoo, but now it’s one of my favorites, too.

My ten month old daughter has atopic eczema and the results I've had with your products are great. I am planning to phase in Moo Goo for the whole family as I can afford to. Hi Moogoo... I thought it was about time that I write out my testimony. I am on my 4th tub of moogoo full cream udder milk for my child who has moderate-severe eczema. Initially I was skeptical but I had to give it a shot… I rang Moogoo and spoke to Craig and he really knew his stuff and from there I was sold. Emails are replied to almost immediately. I received my products quickly and I could smell them before I even opened the packet… we got to work straight away. I noticed how nice my hands felt that very night.
